Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer several levels of service for shipments to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Total shipping costs are based on product weight and dimensions, and the shipping method used. A handling charge will be added to all shipped items. Rates outlined on webstore are not accurate. Contact us for a quote.

You will not be charged sales tax if you ship your order outside of Ohio.

Returns and Replacements:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Solar Solutions by PSI will be happy to replace a product with another selection or refund the credit card (excluding freight) used for its purchase. Just repack the product in its original or equivalent packaging with the packing slip and follow these steps:

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%. All returns are subject to inspection. We cannot accept returns of mounted or installed products, batteries, or items that have been damaged during shipping (any way), customer negligence, or other factors beyond our control.
